What is the Garbett Homes VIP List?
This list allows its members to be the first to learn about new Garbett Homes communities. Members receive special emails keeping them informed about the latest news in the community they sign up for. Keeping members up to date in regular intervals starting 120 days before Grand Opening until 30 days. At that point members will have opportunities to purchase the home before the community opens to the general public! Giving our most passionate customers the best opportunities to pick out their home in their favorite communities.
How Does the VIP List Work?
When a community is about 4 months, or 120 days out from Grand Opening, we open up a VIP list for those interested in the community. Prospective homebuyers can sign up on our website through the coming soon page, or by contacting our Online New Home Specialist. Those that sign up for the list are kept up to date on the progress of their specific community. Allowing them to stay ahead of the general public.
What Else Should I Know?
Members of the Garbett Homes VIP List aren’t limited to signing up for one list at a time. Allowing them to stay informed of as many communities they find interesting as they desire. For example, if you’re looking for a specific style of home and less worried about location. You can sign up for any of our townhome communities or single-family home communities as they come online. You can also leave the VIP list at any time should you change your mind. Most importantly, the VIP List is free to sign up for or leave.
Currently, our Addenbrook Townhomes at the Highlands VIP list is open. If you’re interested in the amazing townhomes coming to this corner of West Jordan, we encourage you to sign up.
