Which is why most homebuilders encourage you to visit their model homes. Your tactile experience with our homes matters deeply to us. However, if you’re new to the new home buying game, you might have some questions about the model home experience. Here are some things we think you should know before visiting one of our model homes.  **Don’t Feel Rushed** Model homes are meant to bring floorplan descriptions, site maps, and pictures to life. They’re an opportunity to really visualize your life in one of our communities. Take the time that you need to really get a feel for it. Remember, this is where the next chapter of your life will be set. Take the time you need to really fall in love. As such they do come with some bells and whistles that can be added to your home. These are called options. While you might think we do this to give the home a more premium feel and make you want to add them to your own home, that’s not the entire truth. Visiting a model home is a tactile and interactive experience that virtual tours cannot completely replicate. We want to give you a chance to see what these options are like in person. The primary goal is customer education. Any other goals are secondary. **Don’t be Afraid to Ask Questions** Speaking of customer education, our sales associates love answering questions! You deserve to be as informed a homebuyer as possible. So please bring your questions with you and don’t be afraid to ask more as you go through the model home. We love our homes and want you to love them just as much!
