Model homes are built to showcase a homebuilder’s capabilities. As such they do come with some bells and whistles that can be added to your home. These are called options. While you might think we do this to give the home a more premium feel and make you want to add them to your own home, that’s not the entire truth. Visiting a model home is a tactile and interactive experience that virtual tours cannot completely replicate. We want to give you a chance to see what these options are like in person. The primary goal is customer education. Any other goals are secondary.
Don’t be Afraid to Ask Questions
